- Quality You Can Count On. Valdora was only the 3rd triathlon frame maker to earn the highest possible strength and fatigue certification from EFBe in the Full Test. The Full Test consists of three tests of 100,000+ cycles at the highest test level on all three parts of the same frame: head tube, bottom bracket, seat tube. What does this mean? Peace of mind when you are traveling 60 mph down a hill on a 2.5 lb carbon frame.
